What to wear:

Please wear exercise pants that are fairly close fitting and a cropped or snug fitting top (a bare midriff is not necessary as long as the top is snug).  It is important that I can see the position of the legs as well as the movement of the torso.  No loose sweat pants or T-shirts.  Also please wear a scarf tied around your hips.  This will help you see and feel your own movement better.
