IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR QUICKTIME USERS !
Windows Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 and 6.0 with QuickTime
NOTE: THIS ISSUE AFFECTS ONLY USERS OF INTERNET EXPLORER ON WINDOWS.
Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows, versions 5.5 SP2 and 6.0 no longer support Netscape-style plug-ins, such as the plug-in installed as part of QuickTime 5.0.2 and earlier versions. Consequently, Windows customers using these versions of Explorer may be unable to view QuickTime content in the browser. Mac users and Netscape users are unaffected.
To restore compatibility, Apple has provided an ActiveX control. Please visit http://www.apple.com/quicktime where you will be prompted to download and install this control if you do not already have it.
Direct download of the component can be done directly@

PC users and users behind routers and firewalls: After Installation: In the quicktime "preferences" panel, in the "streaming transport panel" click on "Auto Configure", this will configure your streaming ports properly.

FAQ
You must install the "Full" version to see all of the content on this site.
Give your browser a little more ram.... (double the minimum is a good start) (OSX users nevermind...)
Skipping - Skipping is usually caused by poor phone line, net integrity or slow data speeds (version 5 almost never skips!)
Many times simply redialing may switch you to a cleaner/faster line.
If 56k webcast skips (40kwebcast), try 28k (20kwebcast),
If problems persist your connection is likey slow (below24k) or noisy (static).
Corrupted cache files: Sometimes web data is garbled as it is delivered to your computer, which then attempts to utilize it, causing strange behavior and crashing. Either clear the browser cache (check your browser prefs under "cache") or restart the system. This is more common than people know...
Blank White Screen with audio happens with some with QT movies: You need QuickTime 5 or above to play these files! They were produced using the new Sorenson pro3 video codec.
PC users and users behind routers and firewalls: in the QuickTime "preferences" men, in the "streaming transport panel" click on "Auto Configure", this will automatically configure your ports properly.
Check your quicktime connection speed (in the quicktime preferences) make sure it matches your modems capability (and actual speed)
Apple Modem users can check actual speed by opening "remote access" strip after dialup
Why does it take 20 sec for CD cover to come up? even if I have a broadband / dsl connection ?
The video part of our webcast is optimized for telephone modems, so performance is the same at all connection speeds.
